Power Vinyasa I

Get the creative spruces flowing. This vinyasa is designed for strength and power, including a few HIIT exercises to elevate your heart rate. This vinyasa centers on breath as a powerful tool for transformation. Each week the sequence of poses change, allowing you to strengthen different muscle groups and challenge your mind-body connection. Spruce it up with this as your go-to flow!

Power Vinyasa II

All we have to fir is fir itself. This vinyasa is designed for yogis who like to flow fast, build strength, and work towards a “peak” pose. If you want a consistent practice, with consistent movement and consistent alignment you will leave this class at a total loss fir words.
